MISSION
MISSION STATEMENT:
APARES consists of licensed amateurs who have voluntarily registered their qualifications and equipment to work closely with emergency managers at the local, city, state, and federal levels and stand ready for activation by civil authorities in the event of local or area-wide emergencies requiring additional communications capability.
